Luxe Desert Concierge

Client service agreement

This plain-language agreement sets clear expectations for bookings with Luxe Desert Concierge in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

1. Services

Luxe Desert Concierge provides personal assistance and concierge services agreed upon in writing for each booking. The confirmed request defines the scope; tasks not included in that request may require a revised quote.

2. Pricing and expenses

Pricing is confirmed before service begins. Clients reimburse approved purchases, admission fees, parking, mileage outside the included service area, and other agreed third-party expenses. No purchase is made without client authorization.

3. Scheduling and cancellations

Requested dates and times are not final until personally confirmed. Please provide as much notice as possible for changes. Same-day, rush, late-cancellation, or extended requests may be subject to an additional charge disclosed before service.

4. Access and instructions

Clients provide accurate contact information, addresses, entry instructions, pet or household notes, and emergency contacts. Keys, access codes, and private information are used only to perform the agreed service and should be updated when circumstances change.

5. Home and pet care

Home watch is a visual check-in service and is not professional security, inspection, maintenance, or emergency monitoring. Pet care follows the written care instructions provided by the client. Veterinary or emergency action will be coordinated with the client or designated emergency contact whenever possible.

6. Safety and service limits

Luxe Desert Concierge may decline or stop work that is unsafe, unlawful, materially different from the agreed request, or requires a licensed trade or specialist. Services do not include medical, legal, financial, contractor, or other regulated professional advice.

7. Communication

Booking details, approvals, updates, and changes may be confirmed by email or text. Photo or text updates can be provided for recurring visits and home-support services when requested.

8. Personal property

Reasonable care is used while handling client property. Existing damage, fragile items, unusual risks, or special handling requirements should be disclosed before service begins.

9. Agreement

By confirming a booking in writing, the client acknowledges the service scope, price, timing, access instructions, and these terms. Any service-specific terms included in the written confirmation become part of the agreement.
